All donations made to the Washington D.C. Chapter of the Rocks, Inc. will help support our Scholarship Fund.

Our mission is to strengthen the Officer Corps by serving as a world-class organization that provides mentorship, scholarship, networking, and professional development.  As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we focus our scholarship on ROTC Cadets and programs with talented and goal-oriented young Cadets.  We award scholarships to these deserving students to include JROTC Cadets enrolling as freshman students.  We appreciate your support in helping to recognize these deserving students, and you make this possible!
