If You Received an Email with your Log In Information

In the menu click log in. Enter your user name and password. You can find both of these in an email from store@therocksdc.org. It should list your user name, a link and instructions to reset your password. The email should look like this:

After you log in, please go to My Dashboard under Member Access. Scroll down and click edit under profile and update your information. Please make sure you click save changes after editing/updating your profile.

If You Didn’t Receive an Email with your Log In Information

On the log in page, below the log in fields, there is a button named Lost My Password. Please click it. Enter your either your username or email that you used to become a member. Click next, then an email will send to you with your username and a link to reset your password. Please do that so your able to access our site. When you are in as a member, please go to My Dashboard under Member Access. Scroll down and click edit under profile and update your information. Please make sure you click save changes after editing/updating your profile

If a Lost Password didn’t Work and you did not Receive an Email Containing your Log In Information

Please use the chatbot or submit a support ticket using the Contact Form under Contact Us. Do not keep trying passwords because our system will block your device after so many attempts. Secondly, if you paid on the National Site to become a Member of the DC Chapter you are not in our system. If this is the case. Please navigate to “Become a Member” on the menu. Then find you rank and click the button below that says “Become a Member.” Now please pay both Chapter and National dues. They both have to be maxed out to one by you. Then proceed with the billing information and then you will be able to choose your password and the system will give you a username. After you have be grated access to our site a member, Please stop paying dues on the National Site! (rocksinc.org). When you are in as a member, please go to My Dashboard under Member Access. Scroll down and click edit under profile and update your information. Please make sure you click save changes after editing/updating your profile
