Angie Hemingway is a retired U.S. Army Colonel, who commissioned as a Captain in the Army Nurse Corps.
She was born in North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Certifications – Global Health, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and is a Certified Life and Health Coach.
She enjoyed a variety of broad-spectrum assignments in both operational and clinical settings supporting HQ Department of the Army (HQDA), United States Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), United States Forces Korea (USFK), United States Army Europe (USAREUR). She served as Commander, 2d Medical Recruiting Command, Fort Gillem, Georgia, Deputy Commander, Nursing, Chief Clinical Operation, 47th CSH, CP Adder, Iraq; Chief Clinical Operations and Chief Nurse, 47th Combat Support Hospital, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington, Commander, Rodriguez Army Health Clinic, Chief, Global Health Division, OTSG, G3-5/7.
Angie serves as VP, Membership Development, National ROCKS, Inc. President/CEO, ALH – Health & Consulting, LLC and a number of other activities that help create results oriented collaborative approaches for mentoring and coaching, while building strong partnerships with clients in order to achieve lasting results. She is an advocate for change in her community and service to country through military and civil service.
